Let's get together! We'll spend about a hour discussing your budget, your wants and needs and your timeline for buying a home. We'll go over the home buying process and get all your questions answered so you feel super prepared and run into as few surprises as possible. Time to go shopping :) Now that you have a good idea of what you can afford and how buying a house works, you're ready for house hunting. You'll receive a list of properties that match your criteria along with alerts that notify you as new houses hit the market. Showings will be scheduled for you to see the available homes you're interested in. Showings can be done during the week or weekend.

Ok you picked a house, next up is making an offer. Once your offer is accepted, inspections, appraisal, title research, walk-throughs and so much more will be happening to prepare you for closing on your new home. This step takes about 4-6 weeks and I'll be with you managing the process the entire way.

THIS IS IT!!! Closing day will arrive and you'll finally get to make the house you chose all yours. I'll be there making sure things are in order as you show up at the closing office to sign final paperwork and receive keys to your new home.
