Bent Creek

Pelham, Alabama

Nestled in nature down a windy road, you'll find the community of Bent Creek. This neighborhood has that "set apart from all the hustle and bustle" feel while still being less than 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants, as well as, I65 and Hwy 280. Bent Creek is zoned for Pelham City Schools and the new Pelham Ridge Elementary is about 15 minutes away. Publix and CVS are right there next to the elementary school. The neighborhood is full of nice homes consisting of mostly large brick basement homes. When you drive through, you see well-kept lawns and newly paved roads. The lots all seem to be well sized with plenty of front and backyard. Just down Bent Creek Trace, there's a community pool and playground which gets lots of use during the summer time. The times I've visited Bent Creek, I run into friendly neighbors and usually see kids riding bikes or folks walking their dogs. Community is really the perfect word for this place. Seems like an awesome place to live. With many lots available homes are still being built by Timeless Homes, a custom home-builder. It's very cool to see a custom home-builder at Bent Creek instead of a large production builder. I think this is seriously helping to make sure the neighborhood doesn't have that cookie-cutter look. Monty Bryant, the owner and builder for Timeless Homes, is a retired firefighter who has been building homes for many years. His homes have won several awards and always prove to be unique and impressive. Prices for brand new homes in Bent Creek are about $300k-$400k.
